From The South
I-93 to New Hampshire Exit 20 (Laconia/Tilton).
Take a left off exit on to Route 3 towards Laconia.
Travel approximately (8) Eight Miles to Downtown Laconia (major intersection) Landmark Inn on left.
Take a left at these lights and follow straight through downtown Laconia.
From downtown Laconia follow straight on to North Main Street.
North Main turns into Parade Road /NH Route 106.
Property is approximately 5 miles from Downtown Laconia on the right hand side just north of Southdown Shores.
From the North
I-93 to New Hampshire Exit 23 (Meredith/Bristol/Newfound Lake).
Take a right off exit onto Route 104 towards Meredith.
Approximately 6 Miles turn right onto Meredith Center Road.
Follow Meredith Center Road to the end (a set of lights).
Take a left at the lights onto Parade Road/NH Route 106.
Follow approximately 1.5 miles on right just north of South Down Shores.
From Meredith
Take Parade Road/NH Route 106 south towards Laconia
Approximately 5 Miles on the left hand side just south of Windemere Heights
